Setting up your business in Monaco

From the initial idea to the completion of your project, we support you by arranging a simple appointment, either in person or via videoconference, depending on your preferences.

We do not handle the process of setting up a company, but we put you in touch with approved professionals (chartered accountants, solicitors, specialist advisers) who take care of all the formalities in accordance with Monegasque regulations.

4 - Secure archiving of your documents

Entrust us with the safekeeping of your accounting, legal and corporate documents with complete peace of mind!

We offer a physical archiving service for your documents in our secure premises, specially equipped with adapted shelving.

In Monaco, there is a strict legal obligation to keep a large number of documents:

  • 📄 Documents comptables et fiscaux (factures, bilans, déclarations fiscales...) : conservation obligatoire pendant 10 ans à compter de la clôture de l'exercice.
  • 📑 Documents juridiques (statuts, procès-verbaux d'assemblées générales, registres légaux...) : conservation illimitée, car ils relèvent de l'histoire juridique de la société.
  • 📋 Documents liés aux contrats de travail et à la paie : 5 ans minimum, jusqu'à 10 ans pour certains documents (accidents de travail notamment).
