The Economic Development Department (DDE) has set up various domiciliation solutions for entrepreneurs, depending on their nationality and place of residence. All our domiciliation packages are scalable and flexible. START UP packages For entrepreneurs starting their own businesses, from 250€ per month excluding VAT. PRIMO Contracts : For Activities in Your Own Name (ANP), whether you are a Monegasque resident or non-resident. Administrative Accommodation : For activities carried out in one's own name, the activity is carried out at the customer's home (B2C). CAMPUS packages For limited liability companies, both at the time of incorporation and during their lifetime. SCI, ASSOCIATIONS, SCP : Enjoy an elegant address in the heart of the Carré d'Or for receiving your mail. The packages meet specific conditions defined by the DDE: no staff recruitment, no customer reception, no on-site storage.

This option is exclusively reserved for SNCs, SARLs and SCSs (excluding SAMs), and the conditions will be specified in your domiciliation contract.

How do I register?
To finalise your domiciliation in Monaco, a few simple documents are required. Here's what you need to prepare:
An ID ( Passeport ou Carte Nationale d’identité) and/or a valid Monaco resident card en cours de validité.
A proof of residence (electricity bill or rent receipt) less than 3 months
A RCI extract or an agreement in principle from the Direction du Développement Economique.
Depending on your activity, other documents may be requested (e.g. licence to practise).

Set up your company in Monaco!
Here are the key stages in setting up your business.
Step 1 : Defining the project and the legal structure
1. Determine the activity you wish to carry out (commercial, craft, self-employed, etc.)
2. Choose the legal form :
- S.A.R.L. (limited liability company)
- S.A.M. (Société Anonyme Monégasque)
- S.N.C. or S.C.S. (partnerships)
- Sole proprietorship
Stage 2: Drafting an application for authorisation to practise
Documents à fournir :
• Official authorisation application form
• Company articles of association
• CV of the director(s)
• Proof of identity and proof of address
• Professional cover letter
The application must be submitted to the Economic Development Department (EDD).
Step 3: Obtain ministerial authorisation
• Average time : 1 to 3 months
•If your application is approved, you will receive a ministerial order authorising you to carry on your business.
Stage 4 :
Company registration
After obtaining authorisation :
• Final drafting of the articles of association (notarised or under private seal, depending on the case)
• Publication in the Journal de Monaco
• Filing with the Trade and Industry Register (RCI)
Step 5 : Domiciliation Contract
That's where Monaco Business Partner intervenes. Every company must provide proof of domicile lease signé ou d’une certificate of availability of premises
Stage 6 : Administrative declarations
• Opening a Monegasque bank account
• Register to Camti Carti
• Register with the Monegasque tax authorities ( Services Fiscaux)
• Take out professional insurance if necessary

SARL: Limited liability company
Suitable for small and medium-sized commercial companies..
Consists of at least 2 partners (natural or legal persons).
Liability limited to contributions.
Minimum capital : 15 000 €.
Incorporation by private deed or notarial deed with publication in the Journal de Monaco.
ANP : Activité en Nom Personnel
A simple solution for running a commercial or craft business or acting as a commercial agent.
The entrepreneur acts in his own name.
Full liability for personal assets.
Requires prior authorisation from the authorities.
SCI – Société Civile Immobilière
Structure used mainly for managing and holding property.
The articles of association are drawn up byprivate deed or notarial deed. .
Registration requirement:
Within one month of signature for a private deed.
Within 15 days of signature for a notarial deed.
